Thank you for booking the All-Star Irish Cruise, we look forward to welcoming you aboard.
Here are a few important details and dates to keep in mind as you plan your vacation.
Cruise Statement
Once booked you will receive your cruise statement. You cruise statement will have your stateroom number, payment schedule and charge authorization.
Booking Numbers and online check in information.
We will email you, your booking number along with your online check-in information approximately 4 months prior to sailing. With your HAL booking number, you will go to hollandamerica.com to complete the online check-in process. Your boarding pass and luggage tags will be available for download or printing there. (Boarding passes are ONLY available for download/printing within 2 weeks of departure). You can also manage shore excursions, book spa services etc.

Are flights included?
Prices are for the cruise only. Flights are not included.
What is the rate for a single traveler?
Prices are based on double occupancy, as a single traveler you would pay the additional single supplement. The single supplement is at the same rate again.
What time should I book my flight before and after the cruise?
For our guests traveling on the 2026 Mediterranean Cruise.
Plan to embark (be onboard) no later than 3:00 PM (15:00). Disembarkation back in Barcelona on September 12th will begin early morning. It is recommended that return flights not be booked for before 1:00 PM (13:00)
For our guests traveling on the 2027 Spectacular Musical Extravaganza Cruise
The Rome Airport (FCO) is located approximately 70 Km or 44 miles from the airport. Plan to embark (be onboard) no later than 3:00 PM (15:00). Disembarkation will begin early morning, upon our return toBarcelona on August 28th, 2027. It is recommended that return flights not be booked before 1:00 PM (13:00)
Are there drinks packages available?
Yes, drink packages able to purchase via Holland America. This can be done during the cruise check-in process or onboard. Please note drinks packages are charged per person, per day plus an additional 18% service charged.

How can I purchase shore excursions?
You will receive your booking number and online check in information approximately 3 months prior to sailing. Once you have checked in on Holland America’s website www.hollandamerica.com, you may purchase excursions and other amenities offered by Holland America.
What is the Dress Code?
During the day entire is casual. Evening Dress is a s follows:
Two Formal nights – jacket and tie are required or tuxedo suggested for men, cocktail dress or gowns for women.
3 Cocktail nights – sports jackets for men and dress slacks, cocktail dress for women
2 Smart casual nights – collared shirt and slacks for men and casual dress or slacks for women.
Where can I see the entertainment schedule?
The entertainment schedule will be in your stateroom upon arrival and delivered each evening for the next day’s event.

2026 Mediterranean Cruise is Barcelona, Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN).
2027 Spectacular Musical Extravaganza, For emabarkation Closest Airport is Rome Fiumicino (FCO). The pier is approximately 70 KM/44 Miles from the FCO airport. Fro disembarkation the closest airport is Barcelona Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), which is 15 km/9 miles from the cruise terminal.
2026- The crusie port is approximately 17 Km /10 1/2 miles from the airport. .
2027- For embarkation the cruise terminal is approximately 70 KM/44 miles from the Rome (FCO) airport. At disembarkation the airport in Barcelona (BCN) is 15km/9miles from the Cruise terminal.

2026-Embarkation and Disembarkation is from the Cruise Terminal at the port of Barcelona, Terminal D (Subject to change)
2027- Embarkation is from the Port of Civitavecchia. The address is 00053, Civitavecchia RM, Italy. Disemabrkation is rom the Cruise Terminal at the port of Barcelona, Terminal D (Subject to change)
Embarkation for all cruises begins at approximately 11:00 AM and onboard no later than 3:00 PM
2026 – Return flights are not recommended before 1:00 PM.
2027- Return flights are not recommended before 1:00 PM
All Guests MUST have a valid passport. You will be denied boarding without a valid passport.
